For one of my current projects, I drive through the soft rolling hills of the back roads of Levy County, Florida. Down long dirt roads, through a large tree farm and then to another, single lane dirt road, where canopies of Grandaddy Oaks, stand watch overhead. The car vibrates and rattles as I pass over the cattle grate, wind along the drive, around a natural spring fed pond, where I inevitably disturb cattle wandering in the path. It's calm and gorgeous and alive. It speaks to me and I hear it.

It's a profound connection to the land, this love affair with rural landscape, that fuels my passion for creating custom farm and estate developments from my own farm and home and down those dirt roads of my neighbors and community. They call our area the nature coast for a reason. I believe that home and land should be more than just a dwelling or address; it should be a reflection of your story, a sanctuary that nourishes your soul and connects you to the generations that came before.
